WODs for Sun March 18th

Level 1: Walk / jog for 10 minutes, 20 pushups or knee pushups, wall squat for 1-2 minutes.
Level 2: Walk / jog 10 minutes, 20 assisted pullups, 20 push-ups or knee push ups, 2 min air bench /wall squat.
Level 3: Row machine (or run) 10 min, 50 pullups, 50 pushups, 50 squats with 185/135#.
Level 4: Row machine (or run) 10 min, 50 pullups, 50 pushups, 50 squats with 185/135#. sprint a mile for time.
** Level 1 = Beginner Hardcore, Level 2 = Kinda Hardcore, Level 3 =Straight-up Hardcore, Level 4 = Extremely Hardcore **
