WODs for Friday March 16th

Level 1: Walk – 1 mile, faster than last time. Record time.

Level 2: Jog/Run 2 miles for time.

Level 3: Run 5 miles for time.

Level 4: Run 5 miles, then 50 deadlifts at 225#, for time.
